  • Can I order over the telephone?
    • Due to the high volume of orders during the spring, we ask that all orders are placed online.
  • What are your curbside hours?
    • Orders can be placed online at any time.
    • Due to the overwhelming demand for curbside orders, orders could take up to 48hrs to be fulfilled.
  • How do I retrieve my order?
    • Please reference instructions in the email you receive when the order is ready for pickup.
  • Is delivery available?
    • Not at this time, but we are considering this as a future option.
  • What if I am unsatisified with my order?
    • We have trained professionals with over 30 years of greenhouse experience.  Our quality is what has kept us in business for over 60 years.
    • You may decline your order at time of pickup, but all sales are subject to our return policy.

  • Are you implementing any Covid-19 safeguards for in-store shopping?
    • We are asking that all customers always practice safe 6 ft social distancing and wear a mask if possible.
    • We are placing X’s on the ground by all registers to implement safe 6 ft distancing, cashiers will have Plexiglas partitions around them, hand sanitizer will be available for use at all registers, and shopping carts will be frequently sanitized.
    • We are offering special shopping hours for all high risk individuals Monday-Friday 8am-9am. These individuals will be over 60 years old or defined high risk by the CDC. This will begin Thursday April 30. We are also offering special shopping hours for our frontline heroes and military personnel on Sundays 8am-9am

  • Why are there so many items unavaiable and showing coming soon?
    • These items are SOLD OUT for the season.
